Shipping policy

Every Elyon creation is prepared in Dubai with meticulous care, then entrusted to DHL Express VIP, the only partner capable of transporting fragrances of such rarity. Our perfumes are classified as

Dangerous Goods (DG) due to their extraordinary oil concentration of 40% and their long aging process. This classification requires them to be handled under the strictest international aviation protocols, ensuring they travel with the same reverence with which they were created.

Delivery Timeframe

Once your order is confirmed, your fragrance is released from our private atelier and prepared for DHL DG clearance. Delivery is typically completed within 4–6 business days worldwide. Certain regions may require additional clearance, and in those rare cases, our team will personally intervene to ensure a smooth passage.

Shipping Costs

The true cost of shipping each order under DG protocol is over $50 USD. As a gesture of care to our collectors, Elyon absorbs the majority of this expense, asking only a flat contribution of $15 USD worldwide. We do this because we believe that access to rare beauty should never be hindered by logistics.

Customs & Import Duties

Each country sets its own rules regarding customs duties and taxes. In some cases, DHL will request payment from you directly before release. While these charges are not issued by Elyon and do not reach us, we honour them as part of your Elyon journey:

Should any customs duties or taxes be charged, Elyon will return their value to you as store credit.

This means that even obligations imposed by your own government transform into an investment in your next Elyon creation.
