This website and its services are operated by Elite Lux Trading LLC, trading as Elyon Dubai.
Throughout this document, the terms “we” ,“us” and “our” refer to Elyon Dubai, the House.
By entering our world whether browsing, engaging, or acquiring a creation you agree to these Terms of Service. This agreement is not simply a contract; it is an understanding of how Elyon, as a luxury house, chooses to serve and protect its clientele.
1. The House and Its Services
Elyon Dubai offers this website and all information, tools, and services available within it on the condition of your acceptance of these Terms. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in the Elyon Service and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We welcome collectors, clients, browsers, and contributors. Entry into this circle requires respect, authenticity, and lawful conduct.
2. Age and Eligibility
By engaging with Elyon, you confirm that you are of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly transact with minors without the express consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Integrity of Use
Our products are designed to elevate, inspire, and endure. They may not be used for unlawful, unauthorized, or harmful purposes. Misuse, reproduction without permission, or attempts to interfere with the integrity of our Service will result in immediate termination of access.
4. Accuracy and Timeliness
We take care to ensure the content of this site is accurate and refined. Nonetheless, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free at all times. Historical information may appear for reference, but you should not rely solely on the site without exercising your own judgment.
5. Pricing and Availability
All descriptions, pricing, and availability of Elyon creations are subject to change at our discretion.
Products are limited in number, and once sold out, may never return. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or alter its presentation without notice.
6. Orders and Accounts
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that we deem inconsistent with the integrity of the brand, including those placed by resellers, distributors, or accounts using duplicate details.
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and shipping information, and to keep your account details updated. Inaccuracies may result in cancellation or delay.
7. Payment Methods
We offer a curated selection of secure payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay/Clearpay, and Tabby. All transactions are encrypted.
By submitting your order, you authorise Elyon and our secure partners to process your payment.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Our fragrances are classified as Dangerous Goods due to their concentration (40% oil). They travel only through DHL Express VIP routes, globally. Delivery is typically 4–6 business days, though customs may require additional clearance.
Shipping costs are partially absorbed by the House clients contribute only a fraction of the true expense. For details, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
9. Customs and Import Duties
Customs duties and import taxes are set by your country. While Elyon does not impose these, we honour them as part of your experience: any duties you pay are credited back to you as Elyon store credit for future orders.
10. Returns and Refunds
Due to DG classification, returns are not legally permitted once a bottle has left our atelier. However, in the rare event of damage, error, or dissatisfaction, Elyon commits to making you whole through store credit, replacements, or other gestures of goodwill.

11. Third-Party Services and Links
Certain tools and services provided on our site are operated by third parties (e.g., Shopify, payment gateways). These are presented “as is” and “as available”. Elyon cannot be held responsible for their independent terms or functionality.
12. Feedback and Content
We welcome your reflections, comments, and reviews. By submitting them, you grant Elyon the right to publish, translate, and use them to improve the House and its presence.
You agree that your contributions will not violate the rights of others, contain harmful or unlawful material, or misrepresent your identity.
13. Limitation of Liability
Elyon Dubai provides its Service with artistry and care. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the site. In no case shall Elyon Dubai or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Hong Kong, where Elyon’s legal entity is registered, and by international standards of luxury commerce.
15. Amendments
Elyon may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect the evolution of the House. The most current version will always be published on this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
